RALEIGH 5:17 AM — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Jeffrey Alvin Riley.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Jeffrey Alvin Riley, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information about Jeffrey Alvin Riley should call Kannapolis Police Dept at the Kannapolis Police Dept at 704-920-4000 or 911.
