The weekend is finally here, and it should be a good one for outdoor activities, if you don’t mind the heat.

Today will be sunny and 82, with a calm wind becoming west around 5 mph this afternoon. A mostly clear night will have a low of 61.

Saturday, when our area high schools will have graduation ceremonies, many of them outside, will be sunny and 87 with southwest wind at 5-7 mph in the morning. It will be a mostly clear night, with a low of 63 and south southwest wind calming.

Sunday will be sunny and 89 with light southwest wind. The low will be 66, with more clear skies.

Monday will be sunny and 91. The low will be 68, with partly cloudy skies.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny and 91 again, with a low of 69.

And mostly sunny for Wednesday, too, with a high of 92. The low will be 70.

By Thursday, a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms moves it, but it will be partly sunny and 90.
