Billy Lee Edison has been added to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Most Wanted List. Edison, 59, is a registered sex offender who failed to notify the Sheriff’s Office of an address change. Edison is a white male at 6 feet 4 inches tall. His last known location was in Salisbury.
