Dear Mr. Maddox,
Thank you for your article in the June 1 opinion page.  You touched on all the points that I have spoken to for the past several years.  Will you ( or I) be listened to?  I doubt it, but it is nice to see someone else as frustrated about our whole RSS system.  From over-the-top salaries to people who won’t even live here or fulfill their contracts, to the hiring of administrators who can understand the diversity of their school’s population … your comments were right on target.  Is change possible?  I don’t think so, but I sure hope I am wrong.
