Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Fest at Gold Hill

The Easter Bunny makes his annual visit to Gold Hill.

GOLD HILL — Come out to Historic Gold Hill and join the Easter Bunny on Saturday, April 15 at 10 a.m. for the 2017 Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Fest.

The Easter bunny will meet children age 10 and under behind the Bakery in the village — 850 St. Stephen’s Church Road — at 10 a.m. for the Easter Egg Hunt.

Spring Fest children’s activities will follow for a nominal charge. The Easter Bunny will be available for photo opportunities throughout the morning.

The Gold Hill Merchants’ Association is sponsoring the event. Check www.goldhillnc.com for information

MT.ULLA — Patterson Farm Market opens its spring season this weekend and celebrates Easter:

• The “Egg-cellent Adventure Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt,” 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday as well as the “Continuous Chaos Free Egg Hunt,” hidden prize eggs, Spring in the Barnyard with baby animals, cow train ride, Easter crafts and games, Pappaw Carl’s Playground, face painting, and story time featuring “Jelly Bean and the Unbreakable Egg.”

• Brunch with the Easter Bunny at 10 a.m. Saturday. Advance tickets necessary at visitpattersonfarm.com/brunch-with-the-easter-bunny/

• A special “Egg-cellent Adventure” for friends of the farm with special needs and their families, Friday, 1-5 p.m.
