Ever been to a block party where everything was free? Where teachers brought games and played with students? Where church members donated their facility? Where principals were brave enough to sit in frigid weather while a whip cream pie was thrown in their faces multiple times? Well, that’s what happened on the grounds of South China Grove Baptist Church, the evening of March 14 as China Grove staff, students and parents enjoyed the church’s facility, as well as one another’s company.
