Tuesday is starting with a 50 percent chance of rain. That should taper off by 10 a.m., then clouds will gradually clear, leading to a partly sunny day with a high of 50.

We’ll have to contend with more strong winds from the west northwest at 6-16 mph, gusting up to 26 mph.

We are under a freeze warning from midnight to 11 a.m. Wednesday, with a low around 23 degrees. Wind will be from the northwest at 8-14 mph, gusting up to 22 mph. The wind might help a bit, but this cold and the next few nights of cold will damage crops.
