The bridge on Stokes Ferry Road that crosses High Rock Lake between Liberty Road and Agner Road will be closed beginning next week for maintenance work by the state Department of Transportation.

The road will be closed starting at 8 a.m Monday until 5 p.m. March 31.

Motorists are advised to follow the marked detour and use caution in the area.
