Parker MacKinnon Williams earned a 4.0 GPA and Chancellor’s List Honors at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for the recent fall semester. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 3.8 to 4.0 academic average for the semester. A 2015 West Rowan High School graduate, she is a sophomore majoring in public health administration with a minor in biology.
