Rowan weather: Cloudy, cooler

Today will be not as warm as yesterday, and skies will be cloudy. The high will be 58, but the wind has died down to 5 mph from the north northeast.

A 30 percent chance of rain moves in overnight, but the rain won’t start until around 4 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy with a low of 36. Calm wind will become northeast at 5-8 mph after midnight.

Friday has a 30 percent chance of rain before 8, then showers, mainly until 4 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy again, with a cooler high of 43. Northeast wind of 5-7 mph will calm in the afternoon.

Friday night’s chance of rain is just 20 percent, falling mostly before 8 p.m. It will be partly cloudy and cold, with a low of 27 and north northwest wind around 6 mph after midnight.

Saturday will be sunny, but cool, with a high of 47 and light winds. Partly cloudy Saturday night, with a low of 28.

Rain is out of the forecast for Sunday, which will be partly sunny and 49. The low will be 34.

Monday warms up a little to a high of 58 with mostly sunny skies. The low will be 40.

Tuesday brings a 30 percent chance of showers, but it will be warmer, with a high of 61 and mostly cloudy skies. The low will be just 50, but we’ll have a 40 percent chance of showers.

Wednesday also has a 40 percent chance of showers. It will be mostly cloudy again, with a high of 64.
