A freezing morning will give way to an unseasonably warm high of 68 today, thanks to plenty of sunshine. Winds will calm down a little, too, from the south southwest at 5-9 mph.

A 40 percent chance of showers moves in tonight, mainly after 2 a.m. Then expect patchy fog after that. The low will be just 50, with south southeast winds increasing to 9-11 mph and gusts up to 20 mph.

Thursday’s chance of rain will be just 20 percent, although it will be cloudy through mid-morning. It will clear gradually and winds will pick up again, this time from the west at 8-13 mph, then increasing to 15-20 mph in the afternoon. Gusts could reach 29 mph. It’s not even March yet.

Thursday night will be clear and cold, with a low of 32 and west southwest wind at 5-7 mph.

Friday will be mostly sunny, but much cooler, with a high of 46. The wind just won’t give up, blowing from the west southwest at 8-13 mph and gusting up to 20 mph. Friday night will be even colder, with a low of 29.

Saturday will be sunny and not as windy, with a high of 46 and a low of 28.

Sunday will be much the same with a few more passing clouds. The high will be 47 and the low will be 28 again.

Monday will be mostly sunny and colder, with a high of 44 and a low of 26.

And Tuesday will moderate, with sunny skies and a high near 50.
