Rowan-Salisbury Schools and Kannapolis City schools will be closed again today.

North Hills Christian School and Salisbury Academy are on a three-hour delay. Salisbury Academy will start at 11:05 a.m.

All branches of Rowan Public Library — Headquarters (Salisbury), East Branch (Rockwell), and South Rowan Regional (China Grove) — will resume regular operating hours today.
