Anime and video game convention returns for its 8th year

Ichibancon, the region’s premiere anime, video game, and Japanese culture convention, once again returns to the Embassy Suites in Concord, NC with new events, concerts, and guests. The wide selection of guests include Quinton Flynn who has lent his voice to such characters as Jonny Quest, Speed Racer, Elmer Fudd, to Nao Yazawa, a Japanese comic artist, and also Taylor Davis, who is a world famous violinist. Voice actors from animated shows such as Dragon Ball Z, Full Metal Alchemist, and Sailor Moon will be there as well.

Ichibancon is open from December 29th through January 1st at the Embassy Suites Hotel Concord 5400 John Q Hammons DR NW Concord, NC 28027. Daily admission and full weekend admission prices vary. Full information can be found at www.ichibancon.com.
