Rockwell Festival of Trees

The Rockwell Museum purchased 12 fresh trees that were decorated by local civic groups, church groups, clubs and businesses to be displayed for 10 days. Afterwards, the trees will be stripped down and given to 12 familes that can’t afford a tree. The Festival of Trees kicks off this evening at 6 p.m and runs through Sunday, Dec. 18. A miniature Christmas village will be on display as well at the museum. The hours of the museum are Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free but donations are appreciated.
