SALISBURY – Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar in Salisbury will hold their official grand opening celebration on Saturday, Dec. 10.

Along with free food samples, koozies and stickers, one lucky guest will win seafood for an entire year.

Having been open for a month, after their soft opening in late October and the ribbon cutting on Tuesday, Dec. 6, the coastal-inspired restaurant invites the community to come out for a big celebration on Saturday.

With a menu of Wild Caught American shrimp, fresh oysters, fish and even chicken wings, along with a selection of craft beer and full liquor permits, Shuckin’ Shack will surely please sea-foodies and land-lubbers alike.

Founded in 2007 in Carolina Beach, N.C., Shuckin’ Shack has grown to ten locations in four states.

“We have a strong desire to bring communities not only the best seafood they’ve ever tasted, but also the absolute best service and experience,” says CEO Jonathan Weathington. “Salisbury was a natural fit for us – inland communities so often only get a true taste of the coast on family vacation; we wanted to bring that authentic, fresh taste every day of the year.”

All Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar locations feature a full bar, at least seven televisions and a laid-back atmosphere. Each location carries all major sports packages and serves full menu until close.
