SALISBURY — Rowan Museum Inc., located at 202 N. Main St., will have its 63rd Annual Meeting Thursday night.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with tours of the museum. A chicken-and-dumpling dinner will follow at 7 p.m.

Rowan Museum Inc. is a local museum dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Rowan County. Founded in 1953, Rowan Museum shares the memories and stories of county residents through exhibits and special programs at its historical properties throughout the county.

Rowan Museum hosts public tours and presents rotating exhibits during the year at each of its properties.
