Rowan weather: Gradually clearing

Rowan is under a dense fog advisory until 10 this morning, but the worst of the fog will be south and east of I-85.
The day will start mostly cloudy, then gradually become sunny, with a high of 80. More fog is expected overnight, with a low of 54.
Thursday will be warm again, with another high of 80, and fog in the early morning. It will then be mostly sunny with west wind at 5-8 mph.
A 30 percent chance of showers is possible, mainly before 10 p.m. The low will be 51, with a west wind of 6-10 mph shifting to the north after midnight.
Friday will be sunny, breezy and cooler, with a high of 64 and north wind at 7-13 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Friday night will be clear and cold, with a low of 40.
Then we’ll settle into a pattern of sunny and pleasant days.
Saturday will be sunny and 65, with a low of 42.
Sunday will be sunny and 69, with a low of 41.
Monday will be sunny and 66, with a low of 40.
And Tuesday will be much the same, sunny with a high of 68.
