After the debate

All this hullabaloo about Donald Trump’s saying he’d wait to see how things go, before conceding defeat, is just silly. How many days did we wait to know who had won in 2000? Guess who advised Al Gore to drag his feet, before conceding? William Jefferson Clinton!

Hypocrisy seems to be synonymous with both Clintons.

For the record, there was discord about Jack Kennedy’s election, too, with people saying Jack’s daddy bought the presidency. Throughout history, there have been times when the loser called foul, and did not go peacefully into the night.

I’m scratching my head. Hillary says not to worry, her private email server was never hacked; classified information was never seen by others. But now, it’s the Russians who are behind Wikileaks, Julian Assange, and emails that have proven Hillary’s lying, pay for play and corruption. Which is it — her email was hacked or it wasn’t?  The FBI has released enough for anyone to see Ms. Clinton for what she is. It’s all there, folks, you just have to dig.

Trump did a good job of holding Clinton’s feet to the fire in the debate, emphasizing her lack of achievement and moral character. While it may have brought some “undecideds” to his side, it didn’t lose her any of her present supporters. She rambled, saying the same things over and over, a master of pivoting and evasion.

I feel even more strongly that my vote for Trump is the right move. I trust his business acumen and the good people he has on his team. There is nothing I trust about Clinton.

To quote one of the talking heads, “If you don’t know about Jeff O’Keefe’s “Project Veritas;” If you haven’t read any of the FBI’s or Wikileak’s released emails, you are NOT informed.

Just sayin’.

Supportive of America?

Would it be possible for the news to inform the public on how much Donald Trump has worked for the American people (if at all) and/or served America in some way?

From what I have seen, all of his businesses are in other countries, so how can purposely not employing Americans be supportive of America?

And, I don’t know, but has he ever done anything to help this country and people? He quite proudly found a loophole so as not to pay income taxes, taxes which help run this nation. The lady working at the dollar store driving the old car pays income taxes.

I don’t know whether Trump has ever served this nation at all, whether in any public office or military. How do we trust a man that seems to have done nothing positive for America thus far, to take care of our nation now, after loopholes and bankruptcies?

Editor’s note: A recent Forbes magazine investigation pegs Donald Trump’s wealth at $3.9 billion, much of it in U.S. real estate — hotels, office/retail/residential buildings, resorts, golf courses and more. The majority of Trump’s holdings are in the United States.
