On Tuesday, Nov. 1, the election of officers and at-large members of the Executive Committee of the Salisbury-Rowan National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), will take place at Love Christian Center, 102 N. Long St., East Spencer.

Polls will open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. In order to vote in a branch election, one must be a member in good standing of the branch 30 days prior to the election. A form of identification is required.
