Update: Cancelled, Silver Alert: Carrie Dawn Tullos

This alert has been cancelled.

SALISBURY — A Silver Alert has been issued for Carrie Dawn Tullos, 26. The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued the alert Friday evening.

Tullos was last seen at 300 E. Council St., wearing a sleeveless Carolina shirt, light blue shorts and black shoes. Tullos is white and approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 120 pounds. She is listed as having medium-length brown hair, and is believed to have traveled west along Council Street.

The alert notes that Tullos is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other form of cognitive impairment.
