On Wednesday, a second suspect in the Lacynda Feimster murder was arrested. Daniel Real Albarran, age 31, of Leonard Road,  was charged with murder.

He was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under no bond. His first appearance was set for Friday, Aug, 19.

Sinday Lina Abbitt was charged in the murder on June 23.

On May 24, Salisbury Police were called to 325 Crown Point Drive for  a home invasion with someone shot. Officers found Lacynda Feimster 38, deceased inside her apartment. A second victim had been struck in the face with a weapon and was transported to Novant Health Rowan Regional Medical Center, and was treated and released.
