Sheriff: Investigators add two to Most Wanted list

SALISBURY — Rowan Sheriff’s investigators have added two people to the agency’s most wanted list and are asking for the public’s help in locating them.

Brian William Sutton, 29, is wanted on warrants from April for 19 counts of felony fraud. He is described as a white male, 5 foot 4 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds. He was last known to be in Salisbury and Lexington.

Justin Lynn Laturno, 23, is wanted for a May charge of felony identity theft and misdemeanor probation violation. He is a white male, 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. His last known location was Kannapolis.
