Just say no to GOP agenda

First it was the I-77 toll lane, then HB2 and now the consideration of diverting possibly contaminated water from the Whitewater Center into the Catawba river.

It seems the GOP agenda is to propose legislation that is contrary to what the average North Carolina citizen wants. The coming election is our chance to reverse course and right our ship of state by electing legislators who will actually listen to us and proceed to do the right thing to restore voters’ respect and faith in our system of government.

Just say no, no and no to the aforementioned proposals!

Time to sign off on email issue

I have just been listening the Senate probe on the Hillary Clinton email issue. It is time to either arrest her for her misdeeds — or shut up about it. Stop wasting the taxpayers’ money beating a dead horse

Secondly, I was glad to read that they will be doing something about the water for the citizens on Dukeville Road. This has gone on long enough. In my never to be humble opinion Duke Energy should do the right thing and pay for the whole thing.

Next I was glad to see the U.S. Justice Department has asked a federal judge to halt North Carolina’s HB2 law. I hope they are successful.

I am very sad to see what is happening to our country.  And last but not least: Booing Bernie Sanders. That does not speak well of our leaders. Just all kinds of wrong.
