The Rowan County Home School Association had graduation on May 21 at Kannapolis Church of God on West A Street. A reception to honor the graduates followed the ceremony.

Junior Marshals included Evan Bamford, Tori Bamford, Travis Cone, Kayla Funderburk, Bradin Lilly, Micah Kelley, Marshall Smith and Anna Grace Thrailkill.

Sixteen seniors graduated. The following plans were made:

Bob Jones University: Elizabeth Weimer.

Catawba Valley Community College: Sarah Fink.

Catawba College: Hunter Shepherd and Sawyer Strickland.

Mitchell Community College: Matthew McNeil.

National Guard: Dylan Williams.

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College: Gabriel Allen, Kaitlyn Allmond, Jared Corriher, Austin Lilly, Zane Oliphant Cheyenne Smith and Madeline Wagoner.

Pfeiffer University: Noah Jarrett.

Workforce: Caleb Fulton and Jaison Wilson.
