The LandTrust for Central North Carolina’s annual meeting will be held on June 12 at Gold Hill Mines Historic Park at the Russell Rufty Shelter, 755 St. Stephens Church Road, Gold Hill.

The annual meeting is an opportunity to meet board members and discuss the past and future activities of The LandTrust. This year they will also introduce the new executive director, Travis Morehead.

All friends and members of The LandTrust are welcome. The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. Dress is casual. After the meeting, there will be an ice cream social. Vivian Hopkins of the Gold Hill Historical Society will lead a hike along the Gold Hill Rail Trail and the historic shops of Gold Hill will be open.
