Rowan weather: 70s today, 80s and sun from then on

You say you’re tired of the rain and clouds? Well, this week is for you. We’ll see plenty of sun and temperatures in the upper 80s most of the week.

Today, we might see an isolated shower in the afternoon. Otherwise, it will be partly sunny and 71. Wind will be from the north at 5-9 mph. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low of 52.

Tuesday will be 10 degrees warmer, with a high of 81 and sunny skies. Wind will shift to the west southwest at 5-7 mph. Tuesday night will be clear with a low of 58.

We’ll turn up the temperature some more Wednesday, with sunny skies and a high of 85, with southwest wind around 6 mph in the afternoon. Wednesday night will be partly cloudy with a low of 64.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and 87. The low will be 66 under partly cloudy skies.

Friday will be mostly sunny and 87 again. The low will be 65.

The weekend starts with a mostly sunny Saturday and a high of 86. The low will be 65.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, too, with a high of 85.

The long-term forecast looks like we’re are going to stay in the mid to upper 80s for next week, as well.
