SALISBURY — DaVita Medical Clinic may be adding 2,619 square feet to its facility on 111 Dorsett Drive.

Hill Gray Seven, LLC, a commercial real estate group, is petitioning the Salisbury Planning Board to amend the land development ordinance and land development district map to rezone about 2.1 acres at the property. The group is petitioning to amend the existing CD Overlay to add the square footage to the building, which is already permitted for medical use.

The existing building is 8,695 square feet.

The addition consists of a 1,962 square foot building on the side of the existing building and a 657 square foot building behind it.

New Planning Board members will also be sworn-in during the meeting.

The board meets at 4 p.m. Tuesday in City Council Chambers, 217 South Main Street.
