Salisbury is one of six cities in the United States, of the same size or smaller, that have supported a professional symphony orchestra for 50 years or more. In keeping with this, Friends of the Symphony is planning an afternoon of golf at the Country Club of Salisbury on Friday, June 24. Registration for SWING ‘fore’ STRINGS golf tournament will begin at noon with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Entrance fee per golfer is $90.
