Rowan weather: We may see a little sun

Skies should turn partly sunny later, but we’ll still have a cooler high of 67. North northwest winds will be at 7-14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low of 49.

Saturday should be sunny and 76, with west wind at 5-10 mph. The low will be 59, with west southwest wind at 7 mph.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, but windy again, with a high of 83 and west winds at 7-13 mph, with gusts up to 18 mph. The low will be 58.

The new week will be much warmer, with a mostly sunny day Monday and a high of 82; the low will be 63.

Partly sunny for Tuesday, with a high of 84 and a low of 64.

Then a chance of showers returns Wednesday, with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. It will be partly sunny and 84. Wednesday night has a 30 percent chance of showers and storms and another low of 63.

Thursday also has a 30 percent chance of showers and storms, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 84.
