• Brandon Michael Cullen of Salisbury, 28, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance on the premises of a confinement facility.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Angela Renee Ball of Mooresville, 32, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance.
