SALISBURY — The Arc of Rowan will host a seminar May 17 titled “Guardianship 101.”

Information presented at the seminar will include: reasons for considering legal guardianship; terminology and definitions involving guardianship; an overview of the step-by-step process; necessary documentation to apply for guardianship; and alternatives to guardianship.

Clerk of Courts Jeff Barger will speak.

The seminar will be held at the Arc of Rowan, 108 Dorsett Drive, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For more information or to express a desire to attend, call the Arc of Rowan office at 704-637-1521.
