Avery Shull earns Eagle Award

Avery Jackson Shull, 15, received his Eagle Scout  Award during his Scout Court of Honor Ceremony  Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, Scout Sunday, at Shiloh Reformed Church of Faith. His Scoutmaster is Stephen Chandler.
A member of Cub Scout Pack 351 as a Webelo, he earned the Arrow of Light Award, God and Me and the God and Country Award.
As a Boy Scout in Troop 351, he earned 23 merit badges and attended summer camps at Camp John J. Bernhardt, Camp Daniel Boone and Camp Raven Knob.
For his Eagle Scout Project, Avery led a team of volunteers and Scouts, in serving more than 160 hours, building roofs for the coach pitch field dugouts at East Rowan Diamond Sports, in Rockwell.
Avery is a freshman at East Rowan High School.  He is a member of the baseball team and an active member of the youth group of Shiloh Reformed Church of Faith. He is the son of Greg and  Julie Shull of Salisbury.
