Spencer hair stylist offering infinite free haircuts to law enforcement and military

SPENCER — Georgia Smith, a hair stylist at Cool Nogginz Hair Salon, is offering free haircuts to all active law enforcement and military personnel — forever.
Smith said she has “always wanted” to give back to those who protect and serve. Her deceased father was retired from the Navy.
“I just like to give back,” she said.
Smith has given back to the community in other ways, as well. She said she gave free haircuts to children at a Stanly County homeless shelter before they went back to school.
According to her salon biography, Smith has over 23 years of experience. She is a certified color specialist and massage therapist. She also has a certification in waxing and is a licensed make-up artist.
Smith said law enforcement and military personnel can just bring their I.D. to receive the free cuts. They do not have to be in uniform.
Cool Nogginz Hair Salon is located at 1101 S. Salisbury Ave. To schedule an appointment with Smith, call 704-239-6224.
“We at Cool Nogginz recognize all that (law enforcement and military personnel) do for us and our community, and we want to show you our gratitude and appreciation by giving back to you all,” a flyer advertising the infinite free haircuts stated. “Please spread the word, and we hope to see you soon.”
