Sheriff’s deputies on Saturday night arrested a Salisbury man on Rowan’s most wanted list.

Donald Clair Reynolds III, of 210 Hickory Lane in Salisbury, was charged with indecent liberties with a child. He was booked into jail Saturday evening under a $20,000 bond. He remained in jail Sunday afternoon, according to booking records.

Reynolds is among seven people on the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office most wanted list.

A warrant for Reynolds shows his charge stems from an incident on Jan 13. Reynolds allegedly committed a sexual act with a person who was under the age of 16. The victim was also at least five years younger than Reynolds, according to the warrant.

Reynolds is now 28 and was the same age at the time of the incident, according to his warrant.

His previous record includes three convictions from 2012: driving while license revoked, speeding to elude arrest and resisting an officer.
