Rowan weather: Get ready for a cold and windy week

Will we see snow flurries today or not? The National Weather Service says possible tonight, but Steve Monday, with Rowan County Weather does not mention it in his forecast.
It’s a cold morning and will warm up to just near 50 degrees. The National Weather service says we have a 50 percent chance of rain, with possible thunderstorms. Tonight’s low will be 28, with or without snow flurries..
Wind will be a problem Tuesday and Wednesday, Tuesday will be partly sunny, with a high of just 41and west winds at 7-13 mph, with guts up to 20 mph. The wind sticks around Tuesday night, with a low of 23.
Wednesday will be mostly sunny and cold, with a high of 36 and west winds at 7-14 mph, with gusts up to 23 mph. Wednesday night the wind will calm and it will be a frigid 17 for a low.
Thursday will be sunny, but still cold, with a high of 36 and another low in the teens — 19.
Friday will be mostly sunny and a tiny bit warmer, with a high of 40. The low will be 24.
Next Saturday will still be cold, with a high of 39 and a frigid low of 16.
Sunday should be sunny with a high of 35.
