Rowan weather: Sunny day after cold start

Mostly sunny for Wednesday, with a high of 60. A South southwest wind will develop in the morning at 5-9 mph. Wednesday night’s low will be 39, with the wind calming.

Thursday should be mostly sunny, too, with a high of 61 and more south southwest wind around 5 mph in the afternoon. The low will be 41.

Warmer for Friday, with mostly sunny skies again and a high near 65. The low will be 45.

Saturday will feel more like spring than fall, with a high of 68 under mostly sunny skies. Even the low will be warmer, around 49 degrees.

A 30 percent of showers is possible Sunday, with mostly cloudy skies and continued warmth, with a high of 67. Showers are likely, 60 percent, for Sunday night, with a low of 49.

Monday brings a 40 percent chance of showers, with partly sunny skies and a high of 61.
