KANNAPOLIS — Kannapolis City Schools wants feedback on how well it is serving parents, students, business and community members.

The school system has launched a survey to gauge its performance that will be open through Nov. 30.

The survey is anonymous and poses questions about the perception of Kannapolis City Schools and what qualities and services are the most important for a school district to offer.

“We know we serve more than just our 5,500 students,” Interim Superintendent Chip Buckwell said in a press release. “What we do has an impact on everyone in our region because our students go on to become workers, parents, citizens and leaders. That is why we want to hear from people throughout Cabarrus and Rowan counties about how well we are serving our community. We even want to hear from parents who have children in other schools or districts about their perception of Kannapolis City Schools.”

The survey is available in English and Spanish. It is posted on the Kannapolis City Schools website, as well as the system’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. There are also paper copies available at the Kannapolis City Schools central office building at 100 Denver St. in Kannapolis or by calling 704-938-1131.
