Bill Fraley and Joseph Peeler, from Chapman Signs, made like Santa’s elves Thursday — if Santa’s elves had a bucket truck.
The pair took down the U.S. flags that line the town’s main thoroughfare and put up its annual Christmas decorations of banners, wreaths and snowflakes in advance of the upcoming holiday season.
