An article published on Wednesday, Oct. 28, should have stated incumbent Councilwoman Maggie Blackwell has raised $6,770 during the current city council race. Blackwell’s initial financial report submitted to the Rowan County Board of Elections incorrectly stated her total receipts from Sept. 23 to Oct. 19.
