The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports that Ameer Hemang Patel has been arrested.

Patel has been on the sheriff’s most wanted list since April 2015 on charges of felony worthless check and obtaining property by false pretenses. He was arrested in Forsyth County and was placed in the Forsyth County jail.

Patel was also wanted in Forsyth and Guilford counties on similar charges of fraud.
