Vote for Trans-Pacific Partnership is betrayal

Recently, the U.S. trade representative joined 11 other trade ministers from around the Pacific to announce the conclusion of the secretive “Trans- Pacific Partnership” (TPP). The text of this document remains a mystery, and no timetable has been announced for its public release. Our representatives were not involved in the writing of the text, and the text remains locked up.Members of Congress can only read it in secret. They cannot make copies of it, and they are not allowed to reveal any of the details.

Otherwise known as Obamatrade: “If you like your job, you can keep your job.” Like promises that were made before the NAFTA and the ObamaCare vote, the Obamatrade promises will never be kept.

The Republicans in Washington recently, and unbelievably, gave “Trade Promotion Authority” (TPA) to the president, so when this abomination comes up for a vote, it must be voted up or down with no changes or amendments. This is a disregard for the constitutional separation of powers and checks on power which will subvert U.S. sovereignty in the name of “integration.”

“Integration” is painful to Americans who do not want to see the loss of American sovereignty to globalists who are not elected by, nor accountable, to them. This “integration” is a tool to subvert American law to the bureaucrats at the United Nations. This political and economic integration, like NAFTA, and many other job destroying agreements, will create a regional super government that will further erode our country into a mere subordinate to a global government.

The TPP will be called the “Free Trade Area of the Asia/Pacific.”  Members of this block will include Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Mexico, Chili, Canada and the U.S. The Obama administration has done all within its power to keep all details of this document a complete secret.

Back in November 2013, WikiLeaks published leaked parts of the draft agreement. It included plans to surrender American sovereignty and U.S. environmental policy to international tribunals. U.S. copyright laws, Internet freedom and global surveillance powers are also listed. One report states that there is language which includes open migration between the countries involved, and there will be money paid to Americans who will lose their jobs as a consequence of this globalization. All representatives that vote for this piece of garbage will be betraying their constituents and their country. And there is absolutely no telling how much money will be flowing to the coffers of the necessary representatives who will be needed to make this thing happen.

You will no doubt soon be hearing and reading about the wonderful benefits of this deal. You will hear all the promises of higher paying jobs, economic growth, and benefits. They will all be lies.

And this will not be the end of the chicanery. Next coming down the pike is the “Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership” (TTIP). Like the TPP, this agreement is secret and has been purposefully kept out of the media and away from the public’s eyes. This one will “integrate” us with the rapidly sinking European Union. The next agreement to come will be the “Trade in Services Agreement” (TISA). This is another secretive Trojan horse that will globalize the service sector in the U.S. So far, the U.S. service sector has enjoyed exemption from the loss of jobs that is the hallmark of globalization.  Lawyers, accountants, bankers and even insurance agents etc. will help share in the pain as they realize just what direct competition with third-world workers can be.

Congress must be convinced to reject the TPP and all of the other New World Order agreements.  With their congressional, insider knowledge, and with their innumerable staff and resources, they really do know what this is all about.

If our Congress votes to subject us to these dangerous partnership agreements, there can be no other word used but “betrayal.” And if they do pass it, there is no doubt; the president will sign it into law.

This must not be allowed to happen.
