Larry Scott Barnhardt, 44, has been arrested on a charge of possession of a weapon by a felon, and his brother, Billy Joe Barnhardt Jr., 45, was arrested and charged with trafficking heroin or opium. Their father, Billy Joe Barnhardt Sr., 81, was also arrested. Charges are pending in his case.

The arrests were made Monday on Spring Garden Avenue in Kannapolis.
