Rowan weather: Fall temperatures on the way

It’s warmer and wetter today than yesterday, but the showers are mostly out of the way already, with just a 20 percent chance of rain for the rest of the morning.
It will be mostly cloudy to start, then clear and become sunny, with a high of 77 and west southwest winds at 6-10 mph. Tonight will be clear and quite cool again, with a low around 49.
Wednesday and the rest of the week will be sunny with temperatures cooling as we get closer to the weekend.
Wednesday’s high will be 70, with west northwest winds at 5-7 mph in the morning. A clear night will lead to a cold low of 45, with winds from the north northwest.
Cooler Thursday, but still sunny, with a high of 67, and a light breeze from the north northwest. Thursday night’s low will be 47.
Friday will be sunny and 71, with a low of 45.
Saturday will be sunny again, but noticeably cooler, with a high of 63 and a low around 38. Some areas could see some frost by morning.
Sunday will be even cooler, with a high of 58 and a low of 35, with another chance of frost.
Even the start of next week looks good, with sunny skies and a high near 62.
