Rowan weather: A great week ahead

After a cool start of 48, sunny skies will result in a high near 75. A light south southwest wind will pick up to 5-8 mph this afternoon.

The low tonight will be 56, still with a breeze from the south southwest.

For Tuesday, a 30 percent chance of rain is possible in the morning, but later it will be mostly sunny with a high of 76. Winds will shift to the west at 5-9 mph. Tuesday night will be clear and chilly, with a low of 47, and winds from the northwest at 3-7 mph.

Wednesday should be sunny with a high of 70, and light wind shifting to the west southwest in the morning. Another clear night will lead to another low of 47.

More sun for Thursday, but a bit cooler, with a high of 69 and another low of 47.

Friday looks almost exactly the same, with sun and a high of 69. The low will be 46.

More cool air will move in for Saturday, with a high of 63 under sunny skies. The low will dip down to 40 degrees.

And Sunday should be sunny with a high of 60.
