Paul Lawrence Blaire of Salisbury received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Phoenix University in Jacksonville, Fla. on Sept. 26, 2015.
The son of Dorothy Lawton of Salisbury, Blaire is married to the former Gloria Johnson and they have four children: Blaire, Brielle, Ashley and Chevalier.
