Some folks might have been caught in yesterday’s downpours, while others report no rain at all.
Today we have another 50 percent chance of showers and storms, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 87. Wind will blow from the west southwest at 5-8 mph.
Tonight, the chance of rain climbs to 70 percent, with most storms before midnight. It will be mostly cloudy with a low of 67.
For Friday, the chance of storms and showers goes does to 30 percent, and it will be partly sunny and not as hot, with a high of 84. We have the same chance of rain Friday night, but it may not interfere with football games. The low will be a cooler 64.
Saturday brings a 40 percent chance of showers and storms, but a high of only 81 degrees, a sign summer might be willing to give up soon. It will be mostly cloudy again, with breezes from the west in the afternoon. Saturday night’s chance of rain goes up to 50 percent, with a low of 59.
Sunday looks gorgeous — a high of 74 and partly sunny skies. A clear night will drop the low to 52.
Monday should be sunny and 77, another nice day, with a low around 53.
Tuesday and Wednesday, sunny and 81, with a low Tuesday of 56.
That’s a pattern we could used to.
