Rowan weather: Chance of rain every day

The rest of the week has a sort of soggy tone to it, with a chance of rain every day. Not that we’ll all get rain in Rowan but the chance is there.
Today we have a 30 percent chance of showers and storms, mainly this afternoon. It will be partly sunny and very warm, with a high of 87. Tonight also has a 30 percent chance of rain, with a low of 69.
The chance of showers and storms goes up to 50 percent for Wednesday, when it will be mostly cloudy, but still warm, with a high of 86. Winds will pick up from the southwest at 5-7 mph in the afternoon.
Wednesday night has a 40 percent chance of storms and showers, with a low of 68.
Thursday’s chance of rain is up to 60 percent, with thunderstorms possible in the afternoon. It will be partly sunny and 86 again. The same chance of rain covers Thursday night, with showers and thunderstorms possible throughout the night. The low will be 67.
Then the chance of rain drops to the usual 30 percent for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Friday will be partly sunny with a high near 85; the chance of rain will come in the afternoon. Friday night’s low will be 65, with the same 30 percent chance of showers and storms.
Again on Saturday, the 30 percent chance of showers and storms will be in the afternoon, with more partly sunny skies, but a cooler high of 82. Saturday night’s 40 percent chance of rain may taper off around 1 a.m., with a low of 62.
Sunday will be noticeably cooler, with a high of 77 and a 30 percent chance of rain. The low will be 59, still with that 30 percent chance of rain.
Monday should be mostly sunny, with a high near 80.
