Where will you be?

When man thinks he knows more than God and does what he wants to do, he is in a dangerous position. We are to obey God’s laws rather than man’s. The place we will spend eternity is determined by how we live our lives now. With so much sin, it seems people thrive on it rather than trying to live a holy life. Be assured our sins will find us out. A record is kept of everything we do, whether good or bad. God is not mocked; whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

We need to awaken out of our sleep, be sorry for our sins and ask God to forgive us, then accept Him as our Lord and savior, so we won’t have to spend eternity burning in hell. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. Today is the day of Salvation. We can’t wait another day because we don’t know if we will have another day. When we breathe our last breath, it will be too late to ask for forgiveness. God loves us all, but He hates sin. His word tells us to be holy; also, without holiness no man shall see the Lord. The destiny of the wicked is fixed by their own choice, their exclusion from heaven is voluntary. Written in love for lost souls!

The perfect gift

One of our hymns, “Give of Your Best to the Master,” includes the words, “join in the battle for truth.”

The word “truth” is a scary word for many who do not want to weaken their careers or life. In fact, truth builds trust and character and peace.

We as Americans and non-Americans have supported our public officers and officials to cater to our radical, personalized changes rather than support and abide by our constitutional rights, liberties, freedoms and bill of rights. Government of the people, for the people and by the people, unified, one nation under God.

We continue to dishonor God and laws.

1 John 4: “We love because God first loved us.” We the people have allowed weaknesses to enter our government, our daily lives and our personal business. We desperately need committed, godly leaders for truth, liberty, freedom and the pursuit of happiness — stronger, believing leaders. For what is good for the people will help our nation return to one nation under God for peace and prosperity.

To accomplish these important values, everything must begin at home where you live, not broken, divided, chaotic, abusive, unloving, uncaring homes without respect for self and family members. Homes where Jesus lives in their hearts will fill their lives with sunshine and their hearts with love and peace and unity.
