Carl Miller provided the Post this photograph of the Salisbury Police Department.  A relative gave him the picture, and Miller judges it to be from the early 1960s, but he doesn’t know the year or any of the men and women in the photograph. Where the members of the department are standing also is a mystery. Can you help him out?
