Michael and Teresa Weddington of Salisbury announce the engagement of their daughter, Summer JoAnn Weddington, to Dr. Gregory Jay Lowe, DVM of Cleveland.
Summer is the granddaughter of Bobby and JoAnn Evans Safley of Salisbury. She graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2014 as an LPN.
Greg is the son of Dr. Rhod and Gail Lowe of Cleveland. He is a 2005 graduate of North Carolina State University and 2009 graduate of NCSU’s School of Veterinary Medicine. He is employed by Rowan Animal Clinic.
The couple will marry Aug. 1 at The Quarry at Carrigan’s Farms in Mooresville.
